Add absence to the calendar

At UiO, we are encouraged to enter holidays and other planned absences in the calendar so that others can see that we are away and when we return. Here's how to do it:

1. Open the calendar and double-click somewhere on the first day of the absence.

2. Create an entry you call Vacation or whatever is appropriate and remember to set the entry as Out of Office. Set which days you are away, either date to date or by choosing the number of days. Select All day. Finish by clicking the Save button.
