What is To Do?

  • Microsoft To Do is an app for task management that is closely integrated with Microsoft 365, and thus also Teams, Outlook and Planner.
  • To Do is available for all platforms, so whether you're in the office with the desktop app, or you're using the mobile app on the go, you can access your to-do list and stay organized.
  • You can break down tasks into simple steps, give tasks due dates and set reminders for the daily checklist to keep you up to date.

Using To Do

Microsoft To Do can be used by employees and students who have had their email and calendar moved to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online).
