Who can use this service?
Student: To use the Forgotten password service you must:
- be registered as an active student in StudentWeb (Felles studentsystem).
- have registered your mobile number in StudentWeb (Felles Studentsystem) or in the UiO employee system (self-service portal).
Staff/Faculty: to use the Forgotten password service you must:
- have registered your mobile number in the UiO employee system (self-service portal).
Your new password will work on all systems within an hour.
NOTE: For security reasons you may not use the Forgotten password service if you are a member of a blocked groups, typically IT-personell groups which give administrator access to the UiO IT services.
