In WebID, anyone can create their own WebID user. To begin with, the user has no access to services, but obtains this when a Feide user adds him/her to a WebID group.

In WebID, anyone can create their own WebID user. Initially, this service can be used with Vortex, but in the long term there may be more service providers that offer logging in with WebID.
In WebID, all Feide and UiO users can create their own WebID groups, which can then be used in services that support WebID. Both Feide and WebID users can be members of WebID groups, but WebID users cannot create or moderate groups. You need a Feide/UiO user to do that.
