- IBS4390 – Master's Thesis in Ibsen Studies (60 credits)
Work on the Master?s thesis IBS4390 – Master's Thesis in Ibsen Studies is based on IBS4001 – Theory and Methods in Ibsen Studies , where the students are to define the problematic issues and produce a preliminary project description for their thesis.
The thesis is to be completed in the third and fourth semesters.
The length of the master's thesis is a maximum of 100 pages, approximately 2300 characters per page, not including spaces. Individual supervision is provided throughout the process.
The master's thesis is to be written in English, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish. The amount of work required is the equivalent of 60 credits.

Work on the master?s thesis IBS4395 is based on IBS4001 – Theory and Methods in Ibsen Studies , where the students are to define the problematic issues and produce a preliminary project description for their thesis.
The thesis is to be completed in the fourth semester.
The maximum length of the 30-credit master`s thesis is 50 pages, approximately 2300 characters per page, not including spaces. Individual supervision is provided throughout the process.
The master's thesis is to be written in English, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish. The amount of work required is the equivalent of 30 credits.

Work on the Master?s thesis IBS4390 – Master's Thesis in Ibsen Studies is based on IBS4000 – Advanced Academic Writing for Ibsen Studies , where the students are to define the problematic issues and produce a preliminary project description for their thesis.
In the second semester the students start working on their thesis in connection with the compulsory course IBS4001 – Theory and Methods in Ibsen Studies. The thesis is to be completed in the third and fourth semesters.
The maximum length of the 60 credit master`s thesis is 100 pages, approximately 2300 characters per page, not including spaces. Individual supervision is provided throughout the process.
The master's thesis is to be written in English, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish. The amount of work required is the equivalent of 60 credits.
