Hi, since non of you showed up to the exercise this morning, I leave a copy of suggested solution to the CT dosimetry problems in the lecture rooms. Please make copies for all, you may need it to solve the obligatory task II.

The deadline for obligatory task II is 24th april

Sove problem 1 g-i, and problem 6-10, make ONE pdf file and mail to Anne Catrine.

- This week Wednesday and Friday is CT dosimetry on the agenda

- The lecture Wed 8th April about CT quality control is moved to Fri 10th April

- CT LAB will be arranged as planned Wed 15th April 09:00-11:30 at Ullev?l
  University Hospital. Please meet at the main entrance at 9:00 sharp.

- The lecture 22th April is canceled

- The Final Exam will be arranged Wed 27th May (not 20th as discussed)

This week we will discuss cource evaluation as well, so please show up

Dear students, I understand it was bad weather this morning, sins only one student showed up. I left the handouts for this weeks topic "interactions between radiation and matter" in the bookcase for you. Chapter 7 in Attix and Chapter 2 in Webb's are required reading this week. Next Wednesday is devoted to dosimetry, and Friday to exercises on Basic photon interaction, image quality, and Exam set 2006 Midt Oppg. 1&2. Please come, since we need four students to arrange the cource. best regards HILDE

Information about the next FYS4760 course will be given Wednesday 14th January at 8:15 - 9:00 in KJM V346. First lecture are Friday 16th January same place at 8:15 - 10:00. We will upload all the information you need in the meny to the left at the FYS4760 cource site, notice the plan of semester now. Happy new year and welcome!
