The second field cruise will take place on Friday 23 April. Before the cruise all participants must fill out a field card for excursions and deliver it to the lecturer or to the post box of Aas in the Expedition of the Geology Building, no later than Wednesday 21 April. Departure 0900 at Pier 4 in the harbour in front of the Town Hall, and return around 1300-1400. More information will be handed out at the lectures. The lecture on Thursday 22 April will be cancelled.

There will be a minor change in the sequence of topics: On Tuesday February 9 "Ice in the sea" (Lecture Notes Chapter 11, Pickard & Emery Chapter 7.54) will be added after "Sound in the sea".
