As a queue handler, you can add and remove case handlers yourself via User Info.
- Go to the Groups tab in User Info
- Click into the group that belongs to the RT queue (usually starts with "rt-" followed by the queue name).
- Enter the username of the person under New account(s).
- Press Add members
In the overview, you will also be able to see the current members of the group.
It is a good practice to have a routine for removing staff who leave for various reasons, so that the group is always maintained.
