Add/moderate members of a queue

As a queue handler, you can add and remove case handlers yourself via User Info

  1. Go to the Groups tab in User Info
  2. Click into the group that belongs to the RT queue (usually starts with "rt-" followed by the queue name).
  3. Enter the username of the person under New account(s).
  4. Press Add members

In the overview, you will also be able to see the current members of the group.

It is a good practice to have a routine for removing staff who leave for various reasons, so that the group is always maintained.
