Enabling automatic reply in webmail (OWA)

Automatic replies are useful when you're away from your email for longer periods of time (eg in connection with holidays).

1. Open the Tools menu (the gear icon) and select Automatic replies.

2. Enable Send automatic replies within UiO (meaning limited to UiO email addresses).

3. Set Start time and End time for the automatic replies.

4. Choose if you want to enable Block my calendar for the period and a Title in the calendar, eg On holiday.

5. Choose if you want to Automatically decline new invitations for events that occur during the period.

6. Write the email message that should be sent as an automatic reply.

7. Choose if a automatic reply also should be sent to people outside your organisation, and if so, with what message.
