1. In Vortex, upload the VTT file in the same folder as the video file is located.
2. Make sure that the reading rights are set to Allowed for all on the video and VTT file.
3. Go into the recording and click on the Edit tab.
4. Navigate to the Subtitle url input field. Click the Browse... button.
5. Select the VTT file, and choose Save and view.
6. The subtitles are added to the video file in Vortex. Check that the subtitles are shown correctly.
