Oral examination
After you have submitted your thesis, STK will establish a committee and arrange your final examination.
About oral exam:
After submitting exam you all will be given information about date and time for oral exam from me.
The committee have already red your thesis, so there is no need for any presentation. The oral exam will take place at the Centre. The Commission will consist of two examiners of whom at least one is an external examiner. The student should be prepared to answer questions about the thesis content and preparation. The exam will usually take 45-60 minutes. After the exam is completed, the Commission will determine a grade for the thesis, which will be given to the student at the end of the session.
You will all be asked if you will have the grading for the thesis when you come to the oral exam. The oral exam can have adjusting effect on this grade.
Please be at STK in good time before exam.
