Changing your password

You need to change your password at least once per year. You will receive an e-mail reminder when your password expiration date is coming up. It may take a little time for your new password to work, therefore we recommend changing your password at the end of the work day.

How to change your password

The Password services is in both English and Norwegian. If you need to change the language, click English (or Norwegian) on the top right in the application.

Remember to never share, borrow or in any other way reveal details about your password. Read more about passwords and security here.

  • If you are a student or employee and you have forgotten your password, and you have registered your phone number, you can get a new password in the Password services application.
  • If you have forgotten your password, or your account has been suspended or blocked, contact us here.
