The problem we want you ¡­

The problem we want you to have a go at before next Friday's exercise session is the following: Draw what a triangle would look like in a flat space, a positively curved space and a negatively curved space.

What conclusion can you draw about the the angular resolution (size seen) of objects (for instance stars or galaxies) in the three types of spaces. Where would they appears smaller? Larger? Try and make a drawing to explain.
