Make your calendar available to others
When in the Calendar app, go to Settings → Accounts → Exchange → Delegation. Click the Edit... button to change who can access your account (your calendars and tasks).
In the window that appears, press the Plus (+) button. Start typing the name of the person you want to grant access to and select the appropriate option from the suggestions that appear. Then set the access level to the right of the name: No Access, Read Only, or Read & Write.
Then click Done.
See other people's calendars
Note! You can get access to only people's calendars, not Exchange shared calendars. For Exchange Shared Calendars you must use Outlook for Mac or Outlook Web App.
Ask that person to share the calendar with you. See above for how to do this on Mac. Once the person has shared the calendar, go to Settings → Accounts → Exchange → Delegation.
Click the Plus button (+) and start typing the name of the person you want to see the calendar of, choose the correct name from the suggestions that appear. Here you will also see what kind of rights you have to the person in question's account (here: reading rights to calendars, no rights to tasks).
To show the account's (user's) calendar in Calendar, check that the calendar is ticked in the left sidebar of the Calendar main window (View → Show Calendar List).
When you have added the calendars of your colleagues you want to see, they will appear in the left column under Delegates.
