Some meetings and lectures are recorded. If the meeting or lecture you are attending is recorded, you should be informed in advance, and you must also be made aware of whether you must behave in any special way to avoid joining the recording.
If you are only present, without using your microphone during the meeting/lecture, your presence will probably not show in a recording.
It is often the case that those who ask questions at a meeting will show in the recording. If you do not want to show in the recording, you can instead ask questions in the chat, or you can send an e-mail.
- The UiO guidelines and regulations for recording and streaming (live broadcast) apply to both teaching and other events.
