If your two-factor authentication is not working or you experience other issues with it, you can reset and set it up again.
How to Reset Your Two-Factor Authentication:
- Go to password.uio.no
- Click on Two-factor authentication
- Below Reset two-factor authentication, click on Log in with ID-porten
- Authenticate via BankID, Buypass ID or Commfides
- Click on your account to reset two-factor authentication
Note! If you cannot authenticate with BankID, Buypass ID or Commfides, please contact support (see below).
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
After resetting your two-factor authentication, you can set it up again. Follow this guide for set up with Microsoft Authenticator.
