Can not scan / invalid QR code

Problems scanning QR code

1. Make sure that you have given your chosen authentication app access to the camera on your telephone.
2. If access to the camera has been given and you still can't scan the QR code, try typing in the code instead.

QR code is not valid

This error message most often occurs when you try to scan a QR code generated by Microsoft Authenticator with another app.

In the display window with QR-code you must click on the link Configure app without warnings. The display window will then change and a QR-code for other authentication apps will show instead.
